I came across this article about a 1962 Ferrari 330 TRI/LM Testa Rosa Spyder being auction, and the highest bidder paid $9,252,375 (highest price ever for a Ferrari). According to the article thats not the highest bid at a car auction. In 1987 a 1931 Bugatti Type 41 Royal Sports Coupe was auctioned for $11 million dollars. If I was an antique collector I would start collecting cars. A 2006 Chevy Aveo might sell for a million someday, maybe in 2046……..
