BLOCKUS

15f3288f.jpgI think i need to play Blokus. ThisNext products are growing on me - or this game keeps turning up everywhere i turn, but after reading the recommendations, must add this to the to buy/to try list. (I was in a games/puzzle store a few days ago and this was a HEAVILY recommended “most awarded game” according to the storekeeper and to the Blokus site as well - described as a boardgame of logic and strategy for all ages with tetris-like pieces…)

David says “… In my house, I can’t get a 4 person game going as I play “Blokus for blood” (play hard, not to draw blood) and this seems to scare or offend my wife.”

Jody exclaims “  Insanely addictive! This is one game that won’t gather dust on the shelf.”

And Esh really just helps pull all this excitement for the game together with his thorough review and explanation of whats great about this game, “Blockus is a board game that combines logic, strategy, spatial perception and a healthy dose of laughter. It’s one of those rare games that is challenging and fun for everybody in our family from our 3 year old daughter and 8 year old son to the aunts and uncles.”

And apparently you can even play online! Just trying to start a game now… check it out at Blockus.com

Try reverse blockus - same game with the objective to have as many pieces as possible. Try it with a twist, have a secret partner... don't tell them.
