Next time you go snow boarding, choose one of this highly advanced decks. The 2008 Gnu Altered genetics MTX Snowboard (right) is made from the best bamboo, aspen, & balsa, plus a very strong Vectran Liquid Crystal Polymer. The second board (left), is the Burton T6; but before I review it, all amateur snow boarders like me, be warned this board is only for the seasoned vets. Why? Because this semi translucent deck is designed for speed and hard turns, and will easily toss you without warning. But for the vets, this board will take you down hill faster than you can say “Hocus pocus”. blog.wired
