If you were a fly on the wall at the ThisNext offices today, you would know that our excitement for tomorrow’s Price is Right taping took over. You see, tomorrow the ThisNext staff and Los Angeles based ThisNext mavens are going to see a taping of the Price is Right.

Aside from studying the prices of common Price is Right prizes (clearly we are treating this game show as if it were the SATs), we also spent a large portion of the day planning our wardrobe. I had a little outfit planned (black jersey dress, Betsey Johnson cardigan, and my Marc Jacobs combat boots) but at the last minute I decided I needed something more special. Something for me to really secure the “come on down.” So I went with this …

What you will need:

- 1 tee shirt (mine was a Mossimo tee from Target)

- Paint to mark off where you want to place your rhinestones (I used gold acrylic)

- Rhinestones

- Hot glue

I basically used what I had around the house. This masterpiece cost me about an hour of my time and one gnarly glue gun burn on my hand. To top off the look, I will be rockin’ it with a Betsey Johnson cropped cardigan, Taverniti So jeans, and a leopard print belt.

Tomorrow we will find out if this shirt was worth the pain and if I can get as lucky as this guy …
