Hiroshi Tsunoda’s Flamp courtesy of Design Code, is a lamp that doubles as a box that carries its own cable and bulb. Ideal for those who like toting lamps from place to place. I think it can be used to set the mood right too, you know what I mean. especially if you can use you fingers right. Anyway more info about the Flamp Here>>>  Other interesting furniture pieces come from Italian Company Potrona Frau. They include: Isodoro, (above $10,400) a liquor cabinet hidden in a massaud fabric lined leather trunk.

According to the designer, Jean Marie Massaud who created this trunk, “In our way of living today, we don’t have a special room to make a bar.” The trunk comes with  glass and bottle holders, a folding shelf, walnut veneer drawers and chromium accessories. The second piece is: Feluca ($6,400) a leather-upholstered beauty console designed by Andree Putman. It opens to reveal a place to put on lipstick, write a love letter, or even more formal pay a bill. Available at Frauusa.com (212)777-7592
