Recently I came across this toy for boys that caught my eye…. Despite me not being a boy, and despite me not having any grown up toys (since I’ve yet to cave in and buy the tech temptress known as the iphone) I thought, why the hell not? The offside Football Coffee Table is a perfect mix of glam and tom boy all wrapped into one. And besides I haven’t acknowledged my inner tom boy, in quite some time.
With a smooth glass top, unique table legs (as opposed to metal poles of cheaper tables), and made from solid oak, it’s truly fancier than your run of the mill foosball table. You know the grubby ones you come across in bars or the ones that are left in your friend’s basement, the same basement with that weird smell from god knows where? … those sort of grubby tables.
A note to the ladies: Don’t fear the fancy new boy toy table… unleash your inner tom boy! Feel free to update said tom boy with a hot, new, steamy version that’s you on a daily basis or at least you after four martinis. And just think how sexy it will be when you kick your boy’s butt while you are still wearing your heels.
And guys, as a side note, when she is wearing her heels and playing foosball…. you should let her win or at least pretend that you let her win, even though you broke a sweat trying to beat her.
