On Monday via a press release, Apple finally revealed details pertaining to it’s most anticipated gadget, the iPhone: the battery life contrary to what was reported earlier is, 8 hours of talk time and 24 hours of audio playback, which according to Jobs is longer than any other smartphone and even some Mp3 players. Pricing will be $499 for the 4GB, and $599 for the 8GB. It will be compatible with both Mac and PC. Due to some issues with the nano screen, the iPhone will spot a 3.5 inch screen with optical clarity and higher resistance to scratch.

This Spoof shows the Downside of the iPhone’s TouchScreen: Watch the Video Here!!!

The following are the Disadvantages of a TouchScreen:- fingerprints left due to natural oils found in your skin, Scratches created accidentally by long nails……esp fake ones, and a side face print cross-section is etched on the TouchScreen, unless you use a bluetooth headset. I wonder why Apple didn’t include a stylus with the iPhone, maybe it will be unleashed later. I won’t be surprised if someone comes up with the following iPhone accessories: iCloth, iStylus and iWipes.”

I love the way your blog is set up with all the great buys to the right. I've been pondering the iPhone dilema for some time now... fingerprints, no corporate e mail, i already have an iPod and a swanky phone and a lab top...

Keep up the good work, I nominated this blog for Best Shopping Blog at the Bloggers Choice awards. You can add a "brag badge" code to put on your site, it's a pretty easy way to get lot's of votes. http://www.bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/19568

Yes, it is a wonderful and organized blog. . Was this site Created on a Mac:)

Anyway, I just wanted to comment on the former comment. Don't give up yet I have worked in the cell industry and have had my share of phones and you have to remember that the there has never been a phone with Optical Glass and that is virtually Scratch Free. And yes some have come out with cleaners, but most just sell you some cheap cloth though. There is one called iKlenz and if you just don't want to buy a case (like I do) this one has everything you need and comes in a small nice travel case, solution spray, and a high-grade cloth that is made for the optical glass the iPhone has.

I am just not a fan of big cluncky cases especially when I just spent over $600 on something I really don't want to give up. When I had my LG7000 I wanted to keep it as nice as I could, but it scratched so easily that when it was clean it never looked it. With the iPhone, if you take somewhat decent care of it, you can have it for a good while without the scratches and just get a good cleaner. So I don't necessarily think the touch screen is an disadvantage if you just have the right accessories, and I am sure most people agree the touch interface the top favorites of most people. Stylus . . maybe but most just don't want that. Believe me I used to sell them let and right to people who would lose them all the time.

So the alternatives are out there on cleaners that are convenient you just have to look hard to get one.
