Oh, crêpe

All Clad Nonstick Crepe Pan

Ohmigod, can you believe last Friday was Candlemas? I know, me neither! I totally forgot to make crêpes.

OK, I confess. I didn’t even know it was Candlemas, much less that I was supposed to make crêpes. But now that I do, I am painfully aware that I don’t have the proper crêpe-making equipment. Somehow, despite my collection of 500 pots and pans, I still come up short.

So I have Mario Balul to thank for saving me countless hours of research and pointing me to the one crêpe pan I — and you — need: The All Clad Nonstick Crêpe Pan.  But it gets better yet. The Argentine Angeleno piques my interest even further by saying that the pan is “essential for making panqueques de dulce de leche: Argentine crepes filled with dulce de leche.”

I officially declare every day Candlemas from here on out.
