Perfect Pushup

The ultimate workout routine  is push ups. From Pro athletes, to Navy Seals, to regular people everybody uses  push ups, either as part of their routine or just to warm. Even the Navy Seals use push ups. Before they start the Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training, they have to pass a physical that includes a test on how many push ups you can do in 2 minutes. The ‘Perfect Push-up’ will allow your arms to rotate while you do push-ups, this engages more muscles and reduces strain on your joints, therefore maximizing your work-out. Also, coming soon at Perfect Push-up, is their portable travel edition “Perfect Push-up” [below] that will keep you ripped while out of town. Order the Perfect Push-up here>>> $39.95

These make push ups more controlled. I recommend maxing out on wide, close and regular push ups. The results are impressive.

I found a similar product at URL http://www.asseenontvguys.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=298&HS=1 and it seems to be same exact item but for about half the price. Has anyone tried it?

The Perfect Pushup Pushup Handles I've seen on this site seem to be different from the ones above but they have the same name.

Can anyone explain the difference?

the http://perfectpushup.com was clearly first, and they use steel in places.
The http://pushuppro.com is half the price, nearly all plastic, __and they claim a patent pending.
so, there's more to the story that I don't know.

Dylan, The regular Perfect Pushup is shown at the top, in the pictures with the model (it;s the one at the Allegro Medical site). They have them at my gym and they really do seem to make pushups more effective--I know I wasn't able to do as many pushups with them initially because your arms have to stabilize the handles, but the motion does seem good. They are extremely well made, using heavyweight ball bearings, metal, and high grade plastics.

The lower picture is of the soon to be available Perfect Pushup Travel Edition, which I will buy once they are available. I do a lot of traveling and am impressed enough with the standard model to order the travel version.

I'm using the pushuppro to great effect - its light weight so I can take it with me on my travels - I believe they have a new "deluxe edition" coming out soon.

Whats up man? I ran the perfect pushup workout and it's great. I have a review at my site. http://www.ultimateperfectpushupreview.com/

Here's an article from my site.

The Perfect Push ups are awesome. Period. It makes push ups so much more difficult. It also provides for more of a workout and is a great way to get your upper body in shape.

The way the Perfect Push ups are made allows the user to go down further than normally possible on a regular push up. Thus, the upper back is also worked out. Besides the fact that the Perfect Push ups work different parts of the body than a normal push up, they also work the same parts of your body a normal push up would, but in a way that a more difficult and intense workout will be provided.

Be sure to go to my site to read the rest of the article

Hey, can I link to your site and you link back to mine? It's a nice site and would love to share it with my viewers.

Has anyone else who has used the Perfect Pushup experienced shoulder discomfort? I have been weight training for several years now, and have never had the level of pain in my shoulders as I have now since using the PP's. I certainly do not want to quit using them (I think my upperboy has gotten bigger); however, I worry I am doing some serious muscle damage if I continue using them.

I have also experienced shoulder pain in my left shoulder. I am getting bigger, yes, but am fearful of perm. damage as well.

I think its possible to tear your rotator cuff with this thing. I'm a very active and fit person with above average strength. I have checked my form when using these. 1 1/2 weeks later, my left shoulder (upper) is unusable and hurts all the time. it effects my job performance. So much for getting bigger. I've been injured since march.

Hey, 50 bucks to mess your shoulder up for months. Definitely worth it! (sarcasm)

Yeah I had some shoulder problems on my left side...the funny thing is my rotator cuff was repaird in my right shoulder about 10mo. (Ortho) ago and I have no pain at all in that shoulder. I gave it a month off and I think I will have to warm up better to avoid the pain...will seee?

I have been using it for a week now. I have been experiencing sharp pain in my shoulder. I used Icy Hot and that got rid of the pain. Tired the push ups again the next day and the pain came right back. The plan is not to use icy hot for the rest of my life so I guess plan be is to stretch more and see how that works.
