Saab Story: Trollhatten Saab

saab.jpgWhen you’re looking for real, live, reliable information on new cars — particularly cars you care about — there aren’t a whole lot of places to go.  Car magazines like Road & Track have industrial access, but they’ve got advertising to consider, too.  Company releases are always suspect, and a lot of the ‘enthusiast’ info is equally skewed.

Then there are the folks who just love a particular car or make.  They can’t help it.  And what they learn, what they have to say, is well worth the listen.  That’s the case with Swade, whose Trollhatten Saab is a repository of all things Saab, told from the perspective of somebody who’s love the car inall its iterations since he found his first at the age of 21.  You’ll get straight shootin’ here, including a critical evaluation of the new E85 Ethanol machine, and GM’s plans for the brand in general.
