When you’re looking for real, live, reliable information on new cars — particularly cars you care about — there aren’t a whole lot of places to go.  Car magazines like Road & Track have industrial access, but they’ve got advertising to consider, too.  Company releases are always suspect, and a lot of the ‘enthusiast’ info is equally skewed.
