Teleflora Makes Someone Smile

Posted Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 10:37AM

Telefloras-Be-Happy-Bouquet_BC33E501.jpgBack in 2000, Teleflora started a great charitable program called Make Someone Smile Week which brings a bit of floral joy into the lives of those in need.  This terrific program rests on the generousity of wholesellers and florists and it shows.  Over 40,000 Teleflora Be Happy Bouquets will be given to those who need a little floral sunshine in their day.  Some of the recipients include hospital patients, children in foster care, nursing home residents, and many more. The week of smiling starts July 20th and runs through to the 26th.

Get in the charitable spirit later this July by sending a Be Happy Bouquet to someone you know who doesn’t usually get flowers but whose day will be brighter with this sunny surprise floral arrangement.  The smiley face even doubles as a mug or decoration.  The joy will continue to live on long after the flowers have faded.  After all, wouldn’t this cheery little smile make your day a little better?  It sure makes our day.
