This will probably be the best $10 you will ever spend… the Excuse Box. Not only will this mini machine give you plenty of excuses to get off the phone it will actually assist you in making them more believable. Ever wish the baby would start crying just so you could hang up with the nuisance on the other line? They’ve got a sound for that.
There are a slew of excuses out there- and the glorious thing about cell phone calls is that you really can be anywhere. Sitting at home petting your cat when you are bothered by your ex co-workers call, simply enlist upon your “I’m… jeez, I can’t hear a thing - they’ve got this crew putting up dry-wall over here. Can I call you back?´ excuse and with the push of a button construction noises fill the caller’s ears.
