The Office's Furniture

OYAL LOOT Collective is a design website created to showcase work by a group of Canadian women. (Doha Chebib, Carmen Douville, Dara Humniski, and Anna Thomas). Here are some of their pieces:

Bonnie & Clyde Nesting Chairs:- These tables transform themselves to fit in a new environment. They can be converted from Table top to table base, From basket to shelving. Made from cold-formed mahogany, rubber and plywood. The furniture can also double as art pieces. Designed by Anna Thomas.

                   

Log Bowls:- Ideal for ‘cabin living’ the log bowls are made from log cut-offs, and for a sleek inside finish, they are acrylic stained. In Canada wood is a general icon of cabins as well as a natural element often associated with the romanticism of the Canadian wilderness. I wonder if the log bowls are dish-washer safe? Maybe hand-wash only. They would also be nice kitchen decor. Designed by Doha Chebib.

          

Monsieur Dress Up:- Don’t live your coats, jackets, scarf, mail, or even umbrella scattered everywhere in your living room. The Monsieur Dress Up will wear your jackets, scarf and even keep your mail for you. ” Undress and redress at the door, by your bed or in the changing room.” The Monsieur Dress Up is made of maple wood and will double as wall hangings. Designed by Anna Thomas.

Found a great office chair site http://officechairz.com , ridiculously low prices and wonderful quality found them on a site called http://computerchairstore.com, both were very informative and there chairs are very ergonomically advanced, something that is needed in todays world

If you are in Toronto or Ontario for that matter, you can check out http://www.atwork.ca for a pretty good office furniture array.

In their showroom they have mostly everyday officey stuff but if you talk to a salesperson they also have http://www.nienkamper.com and http://www.keilhauer.com
(2 very designer Canadian company's).

I really liked the http://www.humanscale.com Freedom Highback they show. It is the chair on CSI.
