Wood Garlic Tagliatelle

631252-392626-thumbnail.jpgAt ThisNext, we’re all about the new and exotic. Down under, Milk and Cookies discovered this pasta made with wood garlic, a wild relative of the chive. Now, we haven’t met an allium we didn’t like, so we are very intrigued. Unfortunately, we may have to stave off our pangs until we can swing a trip to Oz. Guess that just might have to happen sooner than we expected.
