Farmer’s markets are full of temptations, lots of pretty,colorful foods that sometime you just don’t know what to do with. Zucchini blossoms are a perfect example. So pretty, so irresistable, but what to do with them? Molly at Orangette takes a cue from the Italian region of Abruzzo and offers a light and lovely pappardelle with zucchini blossom sauce. At last, a reason to purchase those gorgeous blooms!
