The Chapel of Dawn Tote
Posted Friday, November 23, 2007 at 12:10PM
As part of a lifestyle project by Hong kong artist Juno Mak, this Chapel of Dawn tote bags will mark his official debut into clothing and accessories, come November 24th. The totes feature different inspirations, and have two design prints; one on each side. On one side is a print of the ‘Wrestling Elves,’ designed by James Jarvis, while the other has a canvas Chapel of Dawn patch. The totes were produced in collaboration with Fragment Design.
The totes are available in three different sizes; and incorporate several design features like: an interior zipped pouch, and button snaps for extending/reducing the size of the bag. Only select stores will carry products from the Chapel of Dawn collection. Among them is SiLLY THING (Hong Kong), supply (Sydney), someday (Melbourne), colette (Paris)…….For now I do know of any store in the U.S that carries that line. Prices for the totes range from $41.00 - $80.00
Chapel of Dawn t-shirts will also be unleashed on November 24th, and they feature inspirations from Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses, more on the tees here>> Also hypebeast did an interview with Juno Read

Back to School Totes
Posted Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at 10:24AM

I know it’s a little late for back to school goodies, but I came across these bags courtesy of Refinery 29 and couldn’t resist but write about them. The first one is this (above L) YMC zip bag, $349, it features an inner pocket for your pens/pencils. Available at Blackbird, Seattle, 206-547-2524. The second one is by Salvor Projects, it’s a sleek Marsupium bag; a cross-breed of a standard backpack and the YMC Zip bag, this tote is stylish and yet very functional. $380. Available at Odin, NYC, 212-966-0026.

If you are planning to take your laptop to school this semester, try the ‘Want Les Essentials De Gaulle leather computer bag. $975. It’s white with black straps, and features a black rubber outline and possibly a strong inner lining for reinforcement. Available at Opening Ceremony in NYC, 212-219-2688. For those of you with deeper pocket, checkout the Acne Jeans Senior leather bag, yours for only $1,499. Available at Blackbird, Seattle, 206-547-2524.

Thermal Drink Tote
Posted Friday, August 18, 2006 at 01:51PM
Summertime is picnic time, but one of the challenges is keeping drinks cool and safe. Spice Girl (evidently a new superheroine, at least in our book) has got us — and our bottled beverages — covered with this plush, thermal 6-pack tote suitable for porting to parks, on boats, wherever fun is had. Beverages not included.Tags: *Food/Drink, accessories, beer, beverages, bottle, six-pack, soft drinks, thermal, tote
