Do what the good folks at Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories do and fabulize your next salad with an origami crane crouton, made from wonton wrappers folded just so and fried until golden-brown and delicious. If a thousand origami cranes are meant to be good luck, I can hardly wait for my next thousand salads.
